• I've owned both. Display is far better on the MSI in gaming. Also the Ethernet port is a much added bonus as well as the SD card slot. I like the keyboard more as well. MSI hands down.

• The GS63 stealth has a 120hz/3m panel. Personally I would rather go MSI because of the cooling system that MSI is known for.

• I chose asus for its 120 hz panel vs msi gs63 60 hz panel.

• I choose GS63 for its weight at only 4.39lb vs 5.51 for the asus.
