If you go to MSI's website the model that this is, GS63 STEALTH-010, is only a 60hz monitor.

If you check the model's specifications page, there is no mention of 120Hz or 3ms. This cannot vary from any other model as this is a Best Buy exclusive sku and is not sold elsewhere. I also confirmed with our PMs and this is a 15.6" Full HD eDP IPS-Level at 60hz and 5ms response time.
