You can but it isn’t recommended. The bulbs are not rated for a damp area. Humidity levels outside cause that to be a damp area. Additionally you don’t want a fully enclosed fixture either

Hi! They can, however, I would recommend installing them inside your home as external factors such as moisture/humidity can affect the performance of A19 Bulbs..
