• Brazil is not included on the list of supported countries. Nest Hub may work, however, some features might not be available. Also, you can change language and choose from supported languages only. Take a look at this link for more info: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7550584

• Not sure but ai know google has a ton of languages. So I would look into a chat or forum in Brazil to make sure it works good in other country's
