First, you need to connect to the mini as a wifi device directly. Second, BestBuy fired a ton of their support agents and now is sending customers requests to solve it problems for other customer. this is worse than self checkout. Now I shop at BestBuy so I am expected to do tech support for your customers, what's next an email asking me to go setup my neighbors smartTV, Or install their dishwasher. Get your crap together BestBuy..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that same problem when I tried to connect the one in my bedroom which is the furthest one from my wi-fi router. I finally tried bringing the nest closer to the routher, plugged in the nest and it connected. Then, I moved it back to the bedroom and went through that process again..plugging back in and it connected. Anytime it loses the connection I have to repeat that..get closer and reconnect. I am in the process of getting some wi-fi extenders. If that doesn't help on the Home App go to Settings. Upper right corner see 3 dots. Then, go to help and in search type, Speaker. You may need to reset and that will help you. Good luck!!
