No — the points no longer have an Ethernet option like the legacy product had.

For any WiFi system (mesh or not), you can add a remote Ethernet jack with a low-cost travel router by TP-link or GL.iNet. Best Buy carries the tp-link AC750 which could do it.

You can use an additional Google Nest Wifi Router as an endpoint to be able to have ethernet.

There are no longer Ethernet ports on the satellites only the router has them

You can add additional Nest WiFi routers as access points to your system to provide more ethernet ports. Performance of the wired devices will be limited by the traversing of the traffic over the WiFi network.
