“Since installing Xfinity my google home does not work. If I buy the nest system and bridge it to Xfinity will it work. Does the nest act as the old google home so I won’t need the old google home.....I miss saying “hey google, play....””

Google Home should work even if you're using your Xfinity modem/router combo. We recommend contacting our support team to check on your Google Home to know why it's not working. I had a problem where my internet was superslow on the Google wifi. When I called Xfinity, they advised me to bridge so that the Xfinity modem will supply the bandwidth to the Google WiFi router. I have both the Nest wifi and Google WiFi. Tney can be used at the same time. I hope this helps. I connected my nest and google wifi routers on the Google home app and not the nest app. I believe the nest app is going to become obsolete.
