No, I'm sorry, you'll have to have an internet service provider to use this Google Nest mesh system. I was int he same case as yours and finally was able to get Starlink internet and am very happy with it. Had Viasat and HughesNet in the past and was very happy to let them know I have Starlink now. Get on their system if you have no other options...
