No, it can't. Nest Wifi works just like any other Wi-Fi mesh network that connects all your devices to the Internet. It won't be able to replace the modem function of your Atlantic Broadband router. However, it can work together with your Atlantic Broadband router since it is a modem/router combo. We suggest disabling the Wi-Fi functionality of the combo or putting it in Bridge mode to avoid Double NAT as it may cause connectivity issues.
