Yes. I have a Spectrum cable modem with my Nest system and it all works.

Our house isn't very large, about 1400 square feet, but we bought the wifi system with 3 of these little pucks just to have the best mesh available. We currently have it connected to 15 devices (including phones and Google Assistants in most rooms). It's connected to two notebook computers and one desktop with at least one of those involved in video conference most weekdays (my wife is a teacher and I usually have two or three zoom meetings a week). I usually have something playing on the Roku in the background while working, and I don't notice any slowdown. Usually when I test the speed I'm between 180 and 200 Mbps, sometimes less if multiple devices are streaming at once, dividing our bandwidth. However, I'm told by the Google wifi app that it's typically enough to stream 4K content. If you're using the supplied Modem/router from Spectrum, and when hardwired have good speeds, this will likely provide a solid improvement to your wifi speed. Hope this helps!
