• Yes but will be limited to 1 Gbps speed meaning that the switch is a bottleneck relative the CAT 8 cable capable of 40Gbps or so. It is unlikely you will find any application requiring anywhere near even 1 Gbps aside from large offline file transfer, and even then 1 Gbps is very fast.
