Make sure it is Cat6e and not just Cat6. Cat6 is only good for runs up to 100 feet. Cat6e and Cat5e are good for runs up to 300 feet before hitting another switch or repeater. You will use the B wiring scheme. Orange/White, Orange, Green/White, Blue, Blue/White, Green, Brown/White, Brown starting with Pin 1. The A wiring scheme is for a crossover cable. For instance plugging in one computer directly into another computer without a switch.
