Can I use this with the Nighthawk mesh network? null

This should work with any network that you can connect to through ethernet.

Yes - any routers and access points.

If your router has an ethernet port, I see no reason why this couldn't be used to allow you to connect multiple wired devices.

If you want end to end Ethernet, you have to run the line to this from the router connected to the modem, but my wireless devices can see my NAS connected to this without disruption. I have a nighthawk r7000 and a plain Netgear Ex6400 extender and everything works great.
