That’s unusual. A switch simply expands your wired network. I’ve never come across this issue. This is probably a wiring or port issue. Check the uplink cable and replace with another. Make sure you connect the switch to the LAN port of the router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this will not work, you need a more expensive PoE aka Power Over Ethernet Switch that powers each port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The problem is likely your router/modem/CE provided by your ISP. I would suggest a personal router of some sorts, here is a list of wireless routers https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?st=router&_dyncharset=UTF-8&_dynSessConf=&id=pcat17071&type=page&sc=Global&cp=1&nrp=&sp=&qp=category_facet%3DSAAS%7EWi-Fi+Routers%7Eabcat0503002&list=n&af=true&iht=y&usc=All+Categories&ks=960&keys=keys

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, I have the same problem. But I used ny older modem, and it worked for all my systems
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, I do not have your specific problem. But the unmanaged switch is working great for those devices which I prefer to be hard-wired. However, if you need a managed switch, then Netgear makes a smart managed switch which is less than $25.00 on Amazon and I assume the same price at Best Buy. It is GS305E. I would check that out. MJM
