Data yes, power no. You’d need a PoE switch or PoE injector.

This switch is not POE so no it will not provide power to your IP phone.

No you need a PoE network switch to power the phones without a dedicated power supply to each phone.

No, you’d need the inject PoE after the output of the switch if you want to use your phone with it.

Yes. I use it connect a modem and a voice modem along with any other device that needs a direct connection. Phone works fine.
