• A:Answer Yes it is, but I wouldnt recommend this piece of equipment for a home user as you have to log into it every time you go to an area of your home that needs a signal boost - particularly for a phone or a piece of mobile gear. I'd recommend the Netgear Nighthawk extender EAX15 because it seamlessly picks up and takes over as you move about the house. Its more expensive, but worth it.
