“Do I have to run cable from camera back to house? House is 425 feet from where I want to place camera I want to use this camera out near the entrance of my driveway which is 425 feet from house is this too far and will I need to run a cable from camera back to house. I really like these cameras”

• 300 feet is the max you can have this camera from the base station. No you cannot run cable from the camera to the base station as these cameras do not support that.

• The Netgear spec sheet shows a "300+ feet line of sight" for the wireless base station.

• No, no cable required. It's based on WiFi, so that may be your only issue. If the camera can be picked up from 425 ft away it'll work just as you want it to. No cables is exactly why I purchased this camera and it's fantastic.
