We also have satellite internet. It doesn't use that much. We only have 2 camera's

Yes, they are pretty slick, and they have great quality videos, but because the internet would throttle occasionally, the base station would go offline and hence, the cameras as well. The cameras would not automatically come back online, so I had no security cameras until I got home and tried to re-sync them to the base station. I think these cameras are great for someone with cable internet, but for satellite, no.
