Yes we had a heat wave for weeks at a time was fine

They are designed for the elements. That said, if you got the black covers and set it up in the sun, it might degrade from the heat. As with these things, rough service outdoors will shorten it's life - though possibly not enough to worry about.

Mine survived the opposite side - a WI winter; however, I did have it under the overhang and I would suggest the same for you
