Worked fine for me for several days straight at that temp. I'm not sure about long term (weeks) exposure like you may get in Ontario but I've had no problems in Colorado. Snow or ice on the lense may need to be wiped off, if it blurs the images but mine is mounted under a roof so it doesnt get direct moisture. Hope this helps but it's always a dice roll unless the product claims that its built specificly for that environment.

The NETGEAR - Arlo Smart Home Indoor/Outdoor Wireless High-Definition IP Security Camera is not intended for use in 0 degree conditions. It should be assumed it won't work in those conditions.
