• We called Comcast and the rep said this would work with our landline for internet and tv. You'll have to check the specs and/or call Comcast if you also have telephone. Best to confirm with Comcast that this will meet all your needs.

• Yes it does. There are instructions included on how to hook up your landline if you choose. I have Xfinity / Comcast and it works perfectly.
