Does this work with spectrum? null

Simple answer is yes. The only caution I would give you is that it’s not compatible with some older computers.

Yes, it comes with in box directions on how to set it up. You'll also have to call spectrum to give them the MAC address and removed to WiFi fee and modem fee

Yes it does. Once you connect the cable & power cords, you need to call spectrum to give them the MAC address to receive the internet through the new modem/router.
