• I don't know when it will be certified, but I do know that I was able to register mine with Charter, and it's worked fine. You do have to go to their website to register it first. I believe it did show a disclaimer because it wasn't on the list of certified products, but I was able to register and use it with no problems.

• ot was done by a special government was said ok to sell those and also pass the test too to be sure its working right before at the store so that how it works
