“My internet its not working properly i call my internet provider they said everything its good on their end they told me to call netgear, i did call and they say i have to pay $50 to upgraded its this true i just got the router feb 2017”

I had this problem last year and i bought the upgrade.After that problem was resolved .But after 6 months, I have the same problem again. I don`t recommend it. Just go with other brands! don`t waste your time and money!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your internet provider manually turns on the Wi-Fi on their end to actually connect to your router. We had the same back and forth between net gear and the internet provider.
