Yes. Will need their modem. But can avoid the rental fee.

No, you don't have to keep your Spectrum router. You may need, however, to contact Spectrum to get it registered with them before it will work properly. And once you do that and all it working as it should, remember to call Spectrum customer service to have them discontinue charging you for their modem.

Yes this router doesn't have phone features it's only for wifi and hardwired connections
