I'd say probably not... if you don't have to run it under concrete, buy an ethernet cable and run it underground and connect the devices that way. they require an RJ45 jack, like a phonejack but with more plugin contacts. Bestbuy gives you 15 days to return the extender if it doesnt work for you.
