Try resetting it on the side, I have to do that with mine sometimes. Make sure all three lights are green and make sure its close to your router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem with mine yet but I know I've had to reset and reconfigure my home network with others in the past. If it keeps happening, you may need a replacement as it is highly annoying when you are in the middle of something and your signal drops.
