- Answer I have Xfinity internet only and the modem I purchaseed works wonderful and is compatible. With my area I get about 75 to 100 mbps that's good enough for me. Really easy installed.

- Answer I can't say enough about the Netgear modem/router..But besides easy installation, it appears to be faster than the modem from my ISP. I have not had decreased speed ay early morning hours as I did with my other modem. I am a night owl and sometimes wake up at 3 or 4 and turn on TV to go back to sleep. I watch my firestick and constantly had slow or not enough speed to work my FS during those hours. Haven't seen that with this modem.
