I would start fresh and reset the modem to factory settings. Try a couple of speed tests and see what you’re getting. This modem solved my problem. Contact your ISP and ask them if their signal level readings are good on their end. Sounds like your upstream or downstream are not within spec.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure your equipment isn't still trying to connect to old router. Find the NETGEAR-5G in your wifi menu on the Xbox & click on it. Enter the password which is on the side of the Netgear modem. Viola ! You should be flyin ! Do a speed test on your phone or computer to check your speeds. Good luck.
