• I bought ours and we use att/cox. But we had to call cox for assistance on their end. It’s great. Good luck.

• No it is not. This is a cable modem/router combo, so it is used with cable services like Comcast etc.

• I have Spectrum and it works. I had to call Spectrum for them to activate the router.
