I have a Samsung 40 inch 4k Ultra HD TV and stream 4K content from Netflix wireless connection with no issues. Your internet connection will need to be high enough to handle ~16mag continuous download.

Im sure I wouldn't have any issues over the wifi as well, but my modem is right under the tv so its a direct connection to the tv and I have it running in that way. This modem handles traffic awesome! So it should be more than fine to run these two products without any issues. You can always try it and take it back. But it works great for me. I've had no issues, and it is def worth the money. You shouldn't be disappointed.
