“I have Fiber hooked up in my apartment. We have an ethernet port on the wall that is activated. I noticed it is missing a WAN port to connect to that ethernet port. Does this router just connect via Coaxial or will it connect to the internet with RJ-45.”

• This is for coaxial internet. It sounds like you need a nighthawk router. You get the same awesomeness, and you should be able to plug into the Wan port straight from your wall outlet.
