I have the same issue! Hope someone can help with this,
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I called Netgear and it is because this is a dual broadband. Meaning it serves 2 types of WiFi. WiFi for close range items and WiFi for far away items. WiFi will lag or time out due to the switching of the WiFi. So if you are on your phone in your housing walking around, your internet connection will time out for a few seconds while it picks up the other WiFi connection that Netgear Nighthawk provides. It is just something you will have to decide you can live with or return if you can't.
