It goes pretty far Id say 80 feet yes but signal quality will drop pretty heavily.

The more important question is how many feet between the router and your shop.Mine reaches every corner of a 2700 sq ft house and I can use smart TV's everywhere to stream video. I also still have wifi on my phone through my entire back yard, which isn't huge, but certainly farther than 75'.I located my router centrally in the house and have wood construction and it works great. Any type of metal or brick/concrete will reduce your coverage quite a bit.
