I would suggest checking with the vendor; refer to it as a standard docsis 3.0 coaxial modem, this is the standard name in the industry and they should be able to know if its the standard they are looking for about streaming Youtube TV, it should be able to handle it (I stream a lot of videoconferencing), unless youtube tv requires something else. Also consider the speed of your internet supplier, usually they just give uploads around 10% of the download speed. Its marketing, they only highlight download speed, so check with them
