It works with mine. I have the gig speed connection and an Arris T25 modem to make the connection to Comcast/Xfinity.

Yes this will work with Xfinity/Comcast. It is only a router and not a modem though. I connected mine to Xfinity/Comcast through an Arris T25 with voice capable. Gig speed compatible.

It is not a modem just a router. Works with my xfinity service through my Arris T25 cable modem. This is compatible with the gig speed being offered by xfinity with room to grow. Great to skip the rental fee.
