A:Answer Yes, it comes with VPN support. You need to first sign up with a DDNS service like No-IP if you have a dynamically assigned IP address(almost all residential internet providers), and the setup is slightly complicated, but most users with basic reading skills and a general knowledge of setting up a router can pull it off. If your looking for a more enterprise type of VPN, you might wanna look elsewhere. There aren't any builds of DD-WRT or any other open source router OS available, with really no hope for future builds to come, due to the chipset used within this router. Works great if you disable all routing features and use it as an access point. 2.5G LAN and Ethernet aggregation are the only reasons I purchased this model. Using it as an access point, connected directly to one of my pfsense router 10G Ethernet ports.
