SteveG, No this will not accommodate 5G signals. 4G/4G LTE/5G/5Ge all refer to cellular signals while this is a Wi-Fi router with Wi-Fi 6 features. If you are referring to the current "Wi-Fi 5" standard, yes it will support the current standard.
