So I actually went in to the Best Buy store yesterday and discussed this with one of their experts, I suggest you do the same because they will tell you the best one to use based on what your needs/issues are but they said that Netgear is going to blast a lot of extremely fast wifi over a shorter area and the Orbi is going to cover my patchy spots around the house where I don't get good coverage.

Depends on the size of your house. If you need multiple routers for coverage, go with a mesh system. If you are going for all our performance and don’t need the coverage, the nighthawk is the fastest.
