Cox internet connections down right suck for 25 years I have had problems loosing my internet when it rains or the its windy, their so called specialist are not well trained in trouble shooting. I have had several new modems & routers with no luck, just this week three days in a row I lost internet connections with no success dealing with Cox to resolve the problem their more interested in selling you a service contract.
