It should. I put this in a 2 story 40,000 sq foot home with cinder block walls. Coverage was great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you will need signal booster to go with the nighthawk for front and back, I know this from experience brick houses lose the signal quick, so boost the signal for each room that you are using
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to add a Netgear repeater. It works for me, and I also live in a brick hose. you sound like you have the same problem I did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Talk to a Best Buy Rep that can assist you with the adapters that can extend the range on the Nighthawk. It's a great router and the adapters are very effective. Depending on what you're using it for get the best adapters possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was having trouble with the signal getting to certain parts of my home and getting this router has solved those issues. This was inside my home and sitting out on the patio. The router is located in the basement. I hope this helps you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is difficult to say for sure, as every situation is a little different; but I can tell you that it easily goes through my cinder block house walls to at least 200 feet beyond my house. The range is best at the 2.4 GHz broadcast frequency. The 5 GHz frequency broadcast is a little faster, but its range is shorter and I typically lose that signal when I venture outside my house. I connect to the 5 GHz frequency when I am in the house and it works fine. As the router broadcasts at both frequencies simultaneously, you can connect different peripherals at either broadcast frequency at the same time with no problem. Sometimes, placing the router physically higher, like up on a shelf or cabinet helps with range. Also, adjusting the antenna directions and checking to find the best signal strength to your specific receiver location can be helpful too.
