• 5Ghz is not reliable always use the 2.4Ghz.

• Your wifi router should show both as available. My "Ring" door bell only use's 2.5 Not sure what yours is but most likely its going to require the same. They should each have a different name. i.e. netgear40 2.4 or 5.4
