Hi there, I’ve had the router now for a couple months no issues. I would just make sure you have the most up to date drivers downloaded on your PC. This will help the router perform smoothly. Hopefully it helped! If not it could just be a faulty router and I would try to exchange it. Because this router truly has improved my online gaming speeds
