• It all depends on the assistance you get when calling the Net Gear help line in India. Some are very good and some are harder to understand their English. It took me a few attempts with their help to get up and running.

• Easy installation. Use the step by step process it provides by scanning QR code and downloading app. It does take time. A lot of steps. It took me about 20min to install 100% but it was easy.
