When the original Orbi came out I don’t believe satellites alone were available for purchase initially. Later on Netgear did start selling satellites only to extend individual networks. So my best guess is Netgear will follow this same procedure. I would say sometime in 2020 satellites will be for sale individually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Like everyone else, I hadn’t been able to find anything that even mentioned or addressed this issue, even though everyone was wondering about it. I finally was able to find an article that addressed it, and if true, it sounds like the solution that everyone was hoping for. Here’s the article: https://www.trustedreviews.com/news/netgear-orbi-rbk850-price-release-date-3936093 Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You sir, need ubiquit access points with wired POE. You need to research some of this stuff and find out what you need exactly for a setup like that. My house is abour 3500 sq ft and I was contemplating doing that setup but my 3 pro mesh eero are doing a good job.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have asked multiple sites IF additional satellites will be available for purchase when this 2 pack is available. NO ONE seems to be able to give me an answer. Nor does anyone know HOW to pre-order the additional satellites nor what the price will be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Then buy two of these or get another mesh. This package is a 2 unit setup. No offense but you have a 7000 sq ft house, you can afford to build an extended mesh or get two internet services. Best advice I can give.
