• By default I believe band steering it's enabled. You can turn off band steering. Then you will be presented with 2 SSIDs one world be for 2.4ghz and the other for 5ghz. Hope this helps!

• A lot of devices do not like this auto detection for the bands and these idiots decided to block you from splitting the WiFi bands in separate SSIDs. That’s the biggest reason this thing is worthless.
