I’m not completely sure but I think that happens when the router is updating it’s firmware. This happens do to automatically installing updates. If this doesn’t work for you, you might be able to turn off the auto update feature. In my opinion, that’s not a good option with hackers and malicious actions. Best to keep it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either you need to disable the WiFi on the UBC1326, sign up for more speed with your ISP, or replace the modem/router to a better modem. You can also try rebooting/restarting your UBC1326. I highly recommend replacing with a better modem. You want a DOCSIS 3.1 32x8 modem that is strictly modem, no built-in WiFi. Especially if you're using the AX6000 Netgear Orbi. I found several articles about known issues with the UBC1326 modem/router that Altice/Optimum doesn't want to fix or doesn't know how to fix.
