“I have a detached office. The office & house are on the same electrical panel. I have a CAT5 cable ran to my office. The internet is very spotty & most of the time don't work. The CAT5 cable is 180 feet long. Will this help with the the internet in office”

With one of these boxes in an AC socket, near your router connected with a CAT5 cable and another one of these boxes plugged into a socket in your office, the CAT5 cable from it into your computer will provide you with a solid internet connection.
