A:Answer because it's a piece of crap, that's why. i bought this extender for my relatively small house and it is useless. it doesn't work at all as intended. how these companies continue to get away with selling junk that doesn't perform as stated i don't now, but it's people like us that continue to get shafted by internet companies such as AT&T because we still pay for their trash services. So sorry man, this is what happens when you allow companies to regulate themselves-- without much oversight. i'm so through with Best Buy crap.
