What CAT rating are the Ethernet included cables? null

I believe that the CAT cables supplied in the box are CAT5e. The pin configuration on the RJ-45 plugs are not CAT6. See the information at the link below. CAT5e supports speeds up to 1 GB. CAT5 only supports 10-100 MB. Why would Netgear supply CAT5 cables that would limit the performance of the adapters? http://www.cablek.com/technical-reference/cat-5---5e--6--6a---7--standards
